The website jslogistics.hu represents J.S. Logistics Kft. (Hungary), part of the J.S. Logistics Group. It has domestic and international expertise in road freight and logistics services, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, express shipments, hazardous goods (ADR), and logistics consulting. The primary languages and contact details are in Hungarian.

Which areas are not accessible?

Alt texts: We aim to provide descriptive alternative texts for images. Some images currently lack proper alt attributes or contain insufficient descriptions.

Forms: Forms are mostly navigable, but labeling, ARIA attributes, or field grouping are sometimes missing or inconsistent.

Assistive Technologies (ARIA): Some components are missing ARIA roles, attributes, or proper labeling of status messages for screen readers. We are working on improving support for assistive technologies.

Keyboard navigation: Most of the website can be used with a keyboard. Certain components like image carousels or third-party embeds may still pose challenges.

The elimination of these known deficiencies is planned for 2026.

Arbitration procedure

If no satisfactory solution could be found even after you contacted the above-mentioned contact person, you can contact the arbitration board in accordance with § 16 BGG. The BGG arbitration board is responsible for supporting out-of-court dispute resolution in conflicts relating to accessibility between people with disabilities and federal public authorities. The aim is to find a solution to a problem jointly and out of court with the help of the arbitration board.
